The people of the AFLC have designed the Sunday school curriculum specifically for our AFLC congregations. The goal of the curriculum is spiritual life -- teaching the Gospel so that our congregations will be truly "free and living" in Christ.

The Ambassador Sunday School Series is written by the people of the AFLC to serve our AFLC congregations and systematically gives students a complete overview of the Scriptures as they move through the series. Beginning in second grade, the biblical lessons also lead students through Luther’s Small Catechism. The second grade curriculum focuses on the Ten Commandments, third grade on The Lord’s Prayer, and fourth grade on The Apostles’ Creed, giving elementary age students a foundation for confirmation. The catechism section of the fifth grade curriculum teaches about the Means of Grace (the Word, Baptism, and the Lord’s Supper).

Bible curriculum for Preschool through Grade 6 in the Ambassador Sunday School Series is available in full-color. Grades 7 and 8 are in the process of being written.
